Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all items sold by Zenvro are non-returnable.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@zenvro.store with photo or video proof of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
In most cases, returns are not required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper use
• Sale items or gift cards
• Orders delayed due to shipping carriers or customs (delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed)
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union Customers
Due to hygiene, safety, and consumer protection regulations, products sold by Zenvro are exempt from return, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
